For over 40 years Elisa Food has been producing room-temperature sourdough pizza bases as well as frozen and fresh sourdough pizza.
Besides the classic pizza range, Elisa Food produces gluten-free pizza and pizza bases, including organic and vegan variations. The gluten-free product range also includes fresh pasta, ravioli, bread and sweet bakery products, created to supply celiac consumers with top-quality foodstuffs, suitable for any meals and snacks.
Elisa Food classic products are marketed under the Pizzeria Fasce trademark, whereas Le Bontà di Edo trademark caters to the gluten-free range. Products are also marketed as private label for large food companies or international supermarkets.
